On April 27, 2026, as part of this transition, our well-established businesses, previously operating as Horizon North, Dana Hospitality, and Dana Hospitalité, will move forward as Dexterra Remote Services, Dexterra Signature Dining, and Dexterra Cuisine signature, respectively. This change reflects a strategic brand alignment of longstanding operations and does not represent a merger, acquisition, or change in ownership. This evolution more clearly connects these parts of the business to the broader organization behind them.
Bringing these core service lines together under one brand allows us to present a clearer, more consistent story about who we are today: one integrated organization, delivering infrastructure support services across North America.
