As President, Workforce Accommodations, Forestry & Energy Services (WAFES), Jeff is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the business unit as well as leading the growth of the business, strengthening partnerships, and developing new markets and services across Canada. Jeff brings an extensive background in continuous improvement that permeates his approach to every opportunity. He is passionate about improving organizational structure, leadership, and process to deliver innovative and improved business outcomes.
Prior to joining Dexterra Group, Jeff held senior leadership positions at Finning Canada in operations, sales, supply chain, and continuous improvement. Jeff started his career as an operations consultant, working for a variety of clients before joining Finning full time. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management from the University of Alberta, a CORS (Canadian Operations Research Society) diploma, as well as certification in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma.
