Have a question?

Will my career have the opportunity to grow at Dexterra?

The short answer is yes. Unlike most organizations, Dexterra Group consists of several different companies. This means our employees have multiple career options, with opportunities to grow and develop in any of our companies.

How many candidates does Dexterra typically consider when hiring a role?

We do not set a number on how many people we consider when hiring. If you are identified by the hiring manager to be the right fit for the role, the team and the organization, we will extend an offer of employment regardless of the number of applicants.

Depending on my role, what is Dexterra’s work-from-home policy?

Not all work requires in-office presence. At Dexterra, our leaders and employees use common sense to determine where a person is most productive. For some, this may mean being in the office on a regular basis, whereas for others it may be less frequent.

If I’m hired, does Dexterra encourage a healthy work/life balance?

We all strive for balance in our lives and Dexterra certainly wants to do its part in helping our employees achieve that goal. At Dexterra, what we do matters and that starts with our employees.

How often will I receive a performance assessment?

At Dexterra, we believe in continuous improvement. Our leaders are encouraged to give constant feedback to our employees to enhance their development and performance. This is formalized on an annual basis by setting targets, reviewing performance and planning for next year’s goals, but that is not nearly as important as receiving frequent and timely feedback.
