The FSCC is one of Canada’s most advanced facilities of its kind and spans over 665,000 square feet. Home to multiple public agencies, the facility supports forensic, scientific, and administrative functions, creating a complex operational environment.
The FSCC includes a host of green features that demonstrate how infrastructure can be both functional and environmentally responsible:
- Living green walls that enhance indoor air quality
- An on-site aquarium and honeybee hives, supporting local biodiversity
