Cindy started her career in banking and has been a senior HR leader in both public and private sectors for more than 20 years. She leads the development and execution of human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company and its clients.
Cindy works to unlock the potential of people and strengthen the employment brand. She has distinguished herself by leading a broad scope of human resources functions and by implementing programming for employee development, including performance recognition and succession planning.
