Cindy has developed her depth and broad scope of Human Resources knowledge and expertise through increasingly senior roles both in the public and private sectors within the Finance, Healthcare and Services industry verticals. She has run large operational functions, served on community boards and as a provincial collective bargaining team member with the Ontario Hospital Association; Cindy is also an active contributor with her regulated HR professional association.
Cindy is a certified HR professional, holding the CHRP, CHRP and CHRE designations. She is a published contributor to multiple Human Resources media outlets and community publications. Cindy holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Guelph and is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
