Overseeing a full range of HR programs and services, Cindy is focused on an empowered culture that attracts and inspires passionate people who have the tools and the opportunities to learn, contribute and grow with us.
Cindy has developed her depth and broad experience through HR and Operational leadership roles in both the public and private sector including Finance, Healthcare and Services industry verticals. In addition, she has been active on community boards, and is an active contributor with her regulated HR professional association.
Cindy is a Certified Human Resource Executive. She is a published contributor to multiple Human Resource media outlets and community publications. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
