As the interim CFO, Karima oversees operational and statutory reporting, budgeting and planning, tax and treasury, capital allocation, internal controls and other administrative responsibilities. She provides commercial, financial and strategic leadership to the organization and is a key contributor with respect to developing strategic plans.
With 25 years of progressive management experience, Karima has held senior leadership roles in finance, mergers & acquisitions, business development and operations across multi-service, multi-segment operations in global, international and regional environments. She has a proven track record of driving sustainable and profitable growth, promoting performance excellence and enhancing shareholder value.
Karima has a BSc from University of Ottawa and holds a CPA designation.
