Horizon North Logistics Inc. (“Horizon North” or the “Corporation”) (TSX: HNL.TO)
As previously announced, Horizon North effected a consolidation of all of its issued and outstanding common shares on July 10, 2020 on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every five (5) pre-consolidation common shares. The post-consolidation common shares will commence trading on a post-consolidation basis at the open of the Toronto Stock Exchange on July 16, 2020 and continue to trade under the symbol, “HNL.TO.”
Horizon North also announces that it intends to release its 2020 second quarter results on August 11, 2020 after market close and has scheduled a conference call and webcast to begin promptly at 10:00 Eastern time on August 12, 2020.
