Economic Development

Economic Development

We seek strategic partnerships that will provide lasting economic value and social outcomes for Indigenous communities. Within our Workforce Accommodations, Forestry and Energy Services business unit, we are one of the largest private-sector employers of Indigenous peoples in Canada, with 70% of our contracts operating in partnership with Indigenous communities and businesses.

Youth Employment

Employment & Youth Programs

For over 20 years, we’ve supported Indigenous youth through training and employment opportunities. As we continue to grow, we strive toward equity and opportunity for Indigenous youth and communities. At the forefront of our efforts is our Outland Youth Employment Program (OYEP), a national network of education, training and work opportunities for Indigenous youth.
